Your bike comes 90% assembled and boxed at the factory for shipment
The bikes are easy to assemble. And take most customers less than 10 minutes to assemble.
Assembly is easier if you have someone hold the frame upright for you.
1) Screw in the pedals. Note that there is a right and left pedal marked R and L on the threaded end of each pedal. (This relates to Right and Left as you look from the rear of the bike).
TheΒ left pedal has an anti-clockwise thread and the right pedal a clockwise thread.
Tighten them snuggly.
Be sure not to cross thread and strip out the crank arm!
2) Clamp and centre ofΒ the handlebar into the stem clamp. Tighten all bolts evenly. Check and tightenΒ the allen head screw at the top of the headset.
3) Insert seat post into seat tube and tighten seat clamp at the desired height.
4) Be sure that any nuts or bolts that may have come loose during shippingΒ are snug. It is also good policy to make sure your bike is properly adjusted prior to every ride.
