I complained about a problem with the product but I didn’t get any help
He ignored what I said and he said we selling so many products a year with no problems

We are sorry to hear that the instrtuctions we sent you to add pegs to your bike has not been sufficient. If you can please send photos of what steps you have taken to instal pegs on your Wildcat we will try once again to diagonise why they aren't fitting. Please also confirm that you have removed the washer on the axle as the pegs won't fit if you don't remove the original washer as instructed. Had a tyre replaced and the customer service was so quick and easy to deal with. Very happy customer

If you’re even thinking about getting the Mini Rocker Bike for your little legend DO IT. My son is absolutely OBSESSED with his. From the moment we unboxed it, it was game over for every other ride on, gadet or device! This thing is sleek, sturdy and cool as anything.
Wildcats, you’ve absolutely nailed it with this one. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with an adventure-chasing, mini daredevil at home - and theres no concerns with safety.

My son is really enjoying his bike. He's been riding it since it came in and he hasn't set it down much. We have had other fat boys and I'm pleased with this one. I really like the disc brakes. The v brakes were a nightmare.

Pro stunt pegs
Hi Karen, we are wanting to know if there is an issue with your pro pegs? We haven't heard anything from you and so don't know if you have had an issue with the pegs. If there is an issue, please contact us so we have the chance to resolve any issue. It's always disappointing if we don't have the opportunity to rectify any issue.
Great service. Pro Pegs obviously fit but they went out of their way to ship it to Japan which is not on the list of countries on the shipping menu. It wasn't cheap but I was told it would not be. These guys are the real deal and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one.
Arigatō DW. We always find it challenging when people outside the US and Canada want to purchase a Wildcat or Wildcat parts because the shipping cost is normally more that the product price. So we are pumped it worked for you and you've got your pegs. Hope they lift your game!! 🙏
My 5yr old son absolutely loves it, and so did his big brothers in definitely would recommend wildcat.

Zero problems! Great little bike, exactly as described. Not a professional bike builder by any means and my son and I had no problems assembling. Those who complain are just knit picking and hard to please IMHO. Delivered sooner than quoted on the purchase date. Great experience A+++. Highly recommend

My son is absolutely made up with this mini bmx bike he is literally riding from waking up until it goes dark outside. Rides to and from school and takes it in the car to ride while his sisters do their swimming lessons.
It arrived in no time, easy to assemble with provided instructions and that smile on his face was the best!!!
