    I never received it. I had an incorrect shipping address applied to the order by the shop app. Then I contacted the company to get the address corrected. They responded and told me in email that it was annotated to the order. It shipped a few days later somewhere. I never got the package and my son doesn’t have a bike to ride. Lovely work.

    Hi Jason, we are sorry to hear you never received it. We did ask FedEx to amend the delivery address but it seems like they delivered it to your old address.
    We don’t understand why you didn’t contact us to advise it wasn’t received but instead just left a 1 star review.
    We ask our customers to contact us if there is an issue so we can try to resolve it but you didn’t give us that chance.

    Update 28 Sept.
    Given it is the 28th Sept now and you still haven’t contacted us, we can only assume you actually received the package and just came here to have a vent at your own mistake. The shop app would have put in the address you told it - and whilst we did our best to fix your mistake, unfortunately FedEx delivered it to the address you told us at checkout.
