    We Offer free Standard Shipping on all BMX Bikes Australia Wide and all orders over $300.

    For orders between $1 - $149.99, shipping is $10

    For orders between $150 - 298.00 shipping is $20.

    Domestic Shipping Policy

    Shipment processing time

    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

    Our fulfilment centre is located in Sydney, and all BMX bikes and some parts will be sent from Sydney, except for a small number of spare parts that are delivered from our warehouse on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

    We will use Australia Post for most shipping however at times we may choose to use a different carrier.

    Costs for express post are below. You can select this at checkout if you need to ship more quickly.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

    Shipping rates & delivery estimates

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The average weight of a Wildcat BMX is 12kg.

    Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    Customs, Duties and Taxes

    Wildcat Bikes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


    Wildcat Bikes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

    International Shipping Policy

    We currently do not ship outside Australia, however we may consider this on a case by case basis. Please email for a quote

    Parts shipped from the factory

    If we have run out of parts in Australia, we may ship some parts direct from the factory.


    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items purchased on sale or that were discounted are not eligible for a refund.

    You are responsible to pay the shipping cost to return your purchase to our facility. We suggest you obtain a tracking number. Please send us your tracking number, as lost parcels will not be refunded.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
    • The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, even if you received free shipping for your purchase.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, even if free shipping was included in your original purchase. Shipping fees for Mini BMX bikes are on average between $30-$50 (but may be higher depending on where you live). Shipping fees for parts are generally higher than what we charge.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at, including photos or videos of the defects and we will advise the next steps. We will need photographic evidence of the reason for the exchange.


    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
