3) Install 2x washers against the sprocket

4) Install Securing nut firmly. May require a tap with a screw driver and hammer.

5) Install Bearing against the securing nut (Notice position of the bearing).

6) Apply grease to the bearing and the seat surface inside the bottom tube.
7) Install crank arm through the frame of the bike ensuring the bearing is sitting in the seat.
8) Apply grease to 2nd bearing and seat then insert the bearing over crank.

9) Install locking nut firmly against bearing
10) Install washer onto crank arm. Notice washer has a key in it to secure against the locking nut this helps to stop the crank coming loose.

11) Final step install the 32MM Nut firmly against the washer.
