    Step 1: Identify your bike

    The installation process differs depending on which Wildcat Mini BMX model you have. Check the table below before you start.

    OG3 (all variants) andΒ OG4A β€” Standard axle with axle nut.Β

    OG4 Pro Series and OG4 Pro Series P30 β€” Allen key axle bolt. Tighten with an Allen key.

    Note: Not sure which bike you have? The OG4A uses the same standard axle as the OG3. Only the OG4 Pro Series and OG4 Pro Series P30 use the silver Allen key bolt that screws into the wheel.

    Step 2: Identify your pegs

    Wildcat Pro Pegs come in two versions. Check what is included in your box.

    What you need

    Socket wrench

    Steps (repeat for each side)

    1. Remove the axle nut and washer from the rear axle.
    2. Discard the washer. You will not reuse it unless you wanted to remove the pegs in the future.
    3. Take the black adaptor included with your Pro Pegs II and press it into the end of the peg from the outside.
    4. Slide the peg onto the axle with the adaptor end facing inward.
    5. Thread the original axle nut back on using a socket wrench (often a spark plug socket will work.
    6. Tighten firmly with a socket wrench.

    What you need

    Allen key

    Steps (repeat for each side)

    1. Remove the axle bolt and washer from the rear axle.
    2. Discard the washer. You will not reuse it unless you wanted to remove the pegs in the future.
    3. Discard the black adaptor included with your Pro Pegs II. It is not needed for this bike.
    4. Insert the axle bolt through the peg from the outside.
    5. Place the peg against the frame and locate the frame dropout slot.
    6. Thread the axle bolt into the axle and tighten with an Allen key.

    OG3 and OG4A bikes

    What you need

    Allen key for Axel bolt and anti-spin screw

    Steps (repeat for each side)

    1. Take the small anti-spin screw included with the peg. Screw it into any one of the 3 threaded holes on the face of the peg using an Allen key.
    2. Remove the axle nut and washer from the rear axle.
    3. Discard the washer. You will not reuse it unless you wanted to remove the pegs in the future.
    4. Set the silver spacer aside. It does not fit the OG3 or OG4A frame dropout and is not used on these bikes.
    5. Slide the peg onto the axle, positioning the anti-spin screw so it sits against the top of the frame dropout. This stops the peg rotating.
    6. Thread the original axle nut back on using the allen key and tighten firmly.

    What you need

    Allen key

    Steps (repeat for each side)

    1. Take the small anti-spin screw included with the peg. Screw it into any one of the 3 threaded holes on the face of the peg using an Allen key.
    2. Remove the Allen key axle bolt and washer from the rear axle.
    3. Discard the washer. You will not reuse it unless you wanted to remove the pegs in the future.
    4. Insert the axle bolt through the peg from the outside.
    5. Slide the silver spacer (included with the peg) onto the axel bolt so that it fits in the frame dropout to fill the gap between the peg and the frame.
    6. Position the peg against the frame, with the anti-spin screw sitting inside the frame dropout slot.
    7. Thread the axle bolt into the axle and tighten with an Allen key.
