My son is really enjoying his bike. He's been riding it since it came in and he hasn't set it down much. We have had other fat boys and I'm pleased with this one. I really like the disc brakes. The v brakes were a nightmare.

My 2yr old loves this bike. My 7yr old is jealous due to his little brothers mini bmx bike having a disc brake. And his fatboy does not. I catch him riding it all the time. We’re are a big bmx family (USA bmx registered intermediate racers) and the boys love riding these minis on there off days of racing. The pure joy in there faces are great to see. Only found one small concern and will be addressing it this weekend. Thanks wildcat for producing such good mini’s

I bought this for my 4 year old son with hopes to teach him how to ride a bike.
We were very excited and couldn't wait to get it.
The box had a delay in shipping, (i was supposed to receive the bike on Friday and I got it on Tuesday) and that was resolved so quick after the weekend I received the bike with NO ISSUES. Great customer service. Hands down.
Opening the box was exciting. I have zero knowledge in putting together a bike as I've never done it. But I am a crafty mom so I figured I could do it. And I did. I put it together so easily, watching the videos was simple and the instructions were clear. Even put the pegs too! Had to adjust the handlebars and the seat once after he was on it but I brought the tools in my backpack so I did it on the spot! I wc been got embassies on how to maintain it worth great tips and tricks (my favorite).
My son just turned 4 in January, he is a smaller sized kiddo and was used to riding a balance bike, not a pedal bike, but uses a 4 wheeled scooter at the skate part and i figured I'd teach him to ride a bike with this bike, the wildcat minibmx and he did so on the very first day. As in he actually was riding it alone. We were persistent (both me and my son). Honestly, one of the absolute best experiences of my life. To watch my son try something hard, almost give up and sticking with it and succeeding.
I had to save for this bike for a bit and I wanted to say that it was worth every penny as the experiences I've had with my son, since day one of receiving it, have been PRICELESS.
so thank you, for making a great bike, I was hesitant as it was out of my budget, and had read another review of another parent who got it for her child and she felt it was unsafe and big and heavy. I'm glad I went with my gut and got it.

So I bought it for my son, 5 year old .very sick bike for him. Handles bars needed to be changed , because he couldn’t grab the brake . Problem solved, next the seat , the dmx style lean back is so umcortable. Had to buy and new seat and stem and put it in . Other then bike bike is cool.

Love it, thinking of getting another one. The only thing I have problem with is that cannot adjust the angle of seat, only one setting.
Thank you for a great review Nelson, and for including photos of your boy. If you were wanting to upgrade the seat, we do have the Pivotal Seat available on the website for purchase. We've tried to keep the weight and costs lower on the A series bikes in the past but are considering upgrading these in the future so the angle isn't as steep.

I bought this bike for my 3 year old son , because I wanted him to have a high quality bicycle to learn how to ride on. No training wheels , no running along side him holding him up. He just got on and starting riding! Either He’s a natural or this little bike is just that easy for kids to learn on with its low stature and fat tires. Thanks for making such a great little bike!

First, let me say the quality of the product is second to none. Its perfect in that way. I would buy it 10 times over. Hands down the best bike i could have ever gotten for my little boy.. However, if I didn't have a friend who owns a bike shop I would be in trouble. My bike came with no tools to put the handle bars on, the pedals, or the seat. The bike also did not come with instructions either. I was rather pissed when I found out I couldn't put my sons bike together myself. Better care needs to be taken to put some cheap tools in there and a simple instruction booklet. Other than that. A flawless product.
So glad you’re happy with the bike Chris - it’s what we always love hearing. Into regards to the tools, we stopped including these as the feedback from many customers was that they weren’t needed and it was just an attempt to cut down on waste. We did email you assembly instructions - I wonder if it went to your junk mail?

Awesome bike. I take it to the park daily with my 6-year-old daughter her and all her friends are able to ride it and me and all of my friends are able to ride it one of them is even close to 7 ft tall. Great bike!
