I complained about a problem with the product but I didn’t get any help
He ignored what I said and he said we selling so many products a year with no problems

We are sorry to hear that the instrtuctions we sent you to add pegs to your bike has not been sufficient. If you can please send photos of what steps you have taken to instal pegs on your Wildcat we will try once again to diagonise why they aren't fitting. Please also confirm that you have removed the washer on the axle as the pegs won't fit if you don't remove the original washer as instructed. Had a tyre replaced and the customer service was so quick and easy to deal with. Very happy customer
